Sigurdur joined Arnason Faktor in 2002 after working in research and development for deCODE Genetics in Reykjavik. He studied at Lund University in Sweden where he completed a PhD and held a research position for two years after graduation. Sigurdur is particularly involved in the drafting and prosecution of patent applications within the field of biology and marine technology.
