Brynja is a lawyer (Mag. Jur.) from the University of Iceland and is the Managing Director of the firm. She is a registered district court attorney and a member of the Icelandic Bar Association. She is furthermore a European Trademark Attorney.

Her main area of work is advising clients on all aspects of trademark protection, filing strategies, trademark clearance searches and IP portfolio management both nationally and internationally. She also advises clients on IP prosecution matters, including oppositions and cancellations and she represents clients in related matter before the Icelandic IPO and related authorities. She consults on infringement matters, cases relating to unfair competition and provides legal opinion on IP matters as well as copyright cases.
