Ragnheiður has worked for Arnason Faktor since 2024. She holds a bacelor’s and master’s degree in law from Reykjavík University.

Ragnheiður advises clients on all aspects of trademark protection, filing strategies, trademark clearance searches and IP portfolio management both nationally and internationally. She also advises clients on IP prosecution matters, including oppositions and cancellations and she represents clients in related matter before the Icelandic IPO and related authorities. She consults on infringement matters; cases relating to unfair competition and provides legal opinion on IP matters as well as copyright cases.
